Yes. As part of the final stage of the IAS accreditation transfer, eligible certificates will be re-issued under W3 Solutionz FZE dba ACS W3 Solutionz, where applicable and in accordance with accreditation requirements.

Unless we receive written instructions from you stating otherwise by the communicated deadline of 24 July 2020, your certificate will be re-issued under W3 Solutionz FZE dba ACS W3 Solutionz with IAS accreditation.

Clients are expected to receive their updated IAS-accredited certificate by the end of July 2020, subject to completion of the required review and administrative process.

During this transition, W3 Solutionz FZE dba ACS W3 Solutionz will continue to follow its agreed contractual terms with all clients, including requirements related to surveillance audits, recertification audits, and ongoing certification obligations.

We understand that your ISO certification is an important part of your business credibility. Certification marks help demonstrate trust, quality, and compliance to your customers and stakeholders.

We also understand that changing certificates, logos, and certification marks may take time, especially where branding has already been used on printed materials, signage, vehicles, brochures, or other permanent assets.

To support our clients during this transition, W3 Solutionz has taken the following steps:

• The W3 Solutionz FZE dba ACS W3 Solutionz website has been updated to reflect the relationship between the previous and current certification brands.
• A formal notice has been made available to explain the accreditation transfer and its implications for clients.
• No new Active Certification Services LLC dba ACS W3 Solutionz assets will be created after 30 November.
• The previous ACS W3 Solutionz website will remain available as a reference point for clients and their customers for the foreseeable future.
• If any future change is planned regarding previous reference materials, clients will be notified in advance.
• Clients who transfer their certificates to W3 Solutionz FZE dba ACS W3 Solutionz may request updated certification marks and digital assets using the inquiry form.

To make the transition easier, W3 Solutionz recommends updating materials in a practical and cost-effective manner.

Non-digital materials

Non-digital materials may be updated gradually as part of your normal replacement, reprinting, or renewal cycle. This may include printed brochures, signage, vehicle branding, uniforms, certificates displayed at premises, and other physical assets.

There is no immediate deadline for replacing non-digital materials, unless otherwise required by a specific contract, accreditation requirement, tender condition, or customer obligation.

Digital materials

Digital materials should be updated as soon as reasonably possible, ideally by the end of July 2020, where this can be done without significant cost or disruption.

This may include company websites, email signatures, digital brochures, online profiles, social media pages, supplier portals, tender documents, and company presentations.

Where previous ACS digital branding remains visible on your website, we recommend linking the certification mark to this notice page so customers can clearly understand the relationship between the previous and current certification brands.

Clients who have transferred their certificates to W3 Solutionz FZE dba ACS W3 Solutionz may request updated certification marks, logos, and related digital assets by completing the inquiry form.

Once your request is received, our team will review your certification status and provide the applicable certification marks and usage guidance.

You will continue to receive the same certification-related services under the agreed commercial terms. In the future, W3 Solutionz may introduce additional services that complement your existing certification requirements.
